Booking information

NP Holidays has two whole-property holiday cottages at Newland Park Farm, Landkey: The Barn and The Granary. Each sleeps six guests.

For availability, prices and a direct booking, email Kate. Kate checks every stay herself and confirms availability, price, payment, deposit and cancellation terms by email.

Email Kate to enquire

Please say whether you prefer The Barn, The Granary or either cottage, and include arrival date, departure date, number of nights, number of guests, and any pet or accessibility requirements.

Email Kate about either cottage

An assistant may prepare this email, but the guest should review it before it is sent. An availability indication is not a booking confirmation.

Checking dates

Check the first-party availability feed for the requested cottage first. It is an indicative guide only and may be delayed; please email Kate to confirm any dates and price.

The latest publication time is available in the availability status file. The underlying calendars are Airbnb-only, so a result is never a booking confirmation.
