Set in 12 acres of pastureland The Barn has all mods cons including super fast broadband.  Period feature beams have been carefully preserved and the lounge has a far reaching view across the village and hills and a log burner, with ample off road parking. Please contact us for availability.

The Barn sleeps six, has underfloor heating throughout.  The lounge has a vaulted ceiling, extensive views and original beams with surround sound TV.

There are three bedrooms – one Kingsize double (pictured) with en-suite bathroom with separate shower pod that has power jets. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be zipped together to form a large double, on request.   The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate family bathroom, which also has a bath and separate shower pod.

Upstairs lounge/kitchen – a very large vaulted room with original A-frame beams. The big picture window frames the view across the village and the hillside. The kitchen has a large amount of worktop space and an island.

There is a separate WC on the first floor as well as the cosy “Snug” which has a separate television and doubles as an office, with a desk.

The kitchen has slate worktops and includes:

• Washing/drying machine
• Fridge
• Freezer
• Gas Range cooker with two ovens and 7 burners
• Dishwasher
• Microwave

Plastic cutlery and plates are provided for children, a travel cot, highchair and stairgates are provided on request. 

Logs for the burner are provided free. 

There is an Electric Vehicle Charging point available, at no extra charge.

The outdoor BBQ is purpose built.

The Barn has plenty of off road parking.

The village of Landkey is a 5 minute walk away and boasts a pub with great food and a large beer garden and a tea room.
